Silent Auction starts at 4:00 PM, Dinner and Live Auction Start at 6:00 PM
Early Bird Drawing: (one entry per form) for a firearm. For all ticket orders postmarked by July 1st, 2010.
A same household family has to pay for only one membership, meals for the banquet are $30 for each adult, $15 for each kid ages 6 through 16 and under 6 is free.
Games this year include outdoor archery, horse shoes, golf, and many more.
If you are planning on staying at the Hole in the Wall Lodge, we have reserved a block of rooms that will be held until June 1st. There are 9 two bedroom cabins for $150/per night and 3 one bedroom cabins for $100/per night. If you would prefer there is a campground at Clearwater Crossing, just up the road from the lodge. For reservations please call 1-800-683-6500 or 406-239-2882, remember to tell them you are going to the Mule Deer Foundation Banquet. Membership includes subscription to 6 issues of “MDF” magazine. If you are a current member, your membership will be renewed at expiration. We encourage you to renew your membership through the chapter, so a portion of the fee is returned to the chapter for local projects
